General Frame Size Chart
Frame size is determined using the hinge-to-hinge distance. Measure from the center of one hinge to the center of the other hinge on the inside of a pair of glasses that fits you comfortably.

Frame size and frame fit describe different characteristics. Size relates primarily to overall frame width, while fit describes how much of the face the lens front is designed to cover.

The horizontal width of one lens at its widest point, measured in millimeters.
The distance between the two lenses where the frame rests across the nose.
The vertical measurement of one lens from its highest point to its lowest point.
The length of each frame arm extending from the hinge toward and around the ear.
Numbers printed inside a temple commonly identify lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters.
How to Choose Your Size
- Select a pair of sunglasses or eyeglasses that currently fits you comfortably.
- Place the glasses on a flat surface with the frame arms open.
- Measure the inside distance from the center of one hinge to the center of the opposite hinge.
- Compare that measurement with the general frame size chart above.
- Review the product-specific frame width, bridge, lens, and temple measurements before selecting a model.
- Check whether the product is described as narrow, regular, or wide fit based on your preferred facial coverage.

Two frames with the same size label may feel different because of their bridge width, lens shape, frame curve, and narrow, regular, or wide fit. Use the size label as a starting point rather than the only factor.
